3. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Methods: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within Dhaka and require advance payment for deliveries outside Dhaka. Online payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Areej Maker is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, political unrest, natural disasters, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Any requests for exchanges or reports of manufacturing defects must be submitted within our designated timeframe with valid proof of purchase and product condition.
